GMod wiki or CodeBlue are your best bets, I have watched many of Code's videos and he does a great step by step breakdown of simple activites.

I like Derek Banas. He explains very clearly and briefly.

You can watch CODE BLUE's Gmod lua and lua lessons. If you study it and if you use gmod wiki, it can be helpful for you

I agree ron, I think codeblue is the best when you study on it.

Code Blue is definetly the best person to learn LUA off, thats where i learnt it myself
