Best/Most Useful addons for starting a Gmod DarkRP server?

What are some of the best/most useful addons you needto start a DarkRP server?
These can be either paid mods from the GmodStore or free mods from the workshop

What your comment should include -

Make a description of why or how this addon or addons are the most useful out of any other addons
Either list at least one addon or quote someone else, saying you agree
Links are not required but, theyare preferred.
If possible try to give good FREE alternatives to paid mods if they exist.
Don't argue with any other users, small banter and debates are allowed, but try to keep it civil.

I will be updating this with polls when I get enough recommendations, this post isn't just for me but for ANYONE just getting into the server scene on Gmod.
