Best gmod server provider

you're better of paying for a VPS. Then you could host a fastdl server, a forum for your server and a loading screen for it.

so, in my case I will host it on a second pc, it is easier to do maintenance and such (my opinion)

If your hosting the server on a second PC make sure to have proper protection cause if someone wants to take down the server they will hit your entire network.

If you are serious with setting up a gmod server, purchase a service from a game server host. If you can't afford that you don't really have much business in making a server. It's not that easy - getting donations etc as it seems. I leak my addons here and there to try cut costs starting out (I will definitely purchase and support creators once I have the playerbase/donations), but at the end of the day you will always need money to start a successful gmod server.

I think GMC hosting is one of the best they dont resell ovhs and they have very good ddos protection
