I'd say Keeper. I use it for everything including work (work in IT and need to remember a LOT of passwords) and I love it. Storing over 100 passwords

I just use the built-in function in Firefox... Is that bad?

I have been using Lasspass myself for about 2 years now and from my personal experience I can say that I am pretty happy with.

I use chrome as my password manager. I put all my passwords in chrome. So....

Lastpass is the best as of now, it uses all the relevant technique to autologin your entries and synced across devices

Google smart lock does good job... but if does not for you i would recommend Dashlane

KeePass definitely. You can share the db across all your devices using your favorite cloud storage provider. You can use a plugin to integrate it with browsers like Kee for Firefox. There's a port of the application for all the different platforms.
