No it's definitely not, in this game, rp is absolutely broken cause' community. Most players wants fun and nothing else, and even on these servers thar target to roleplay they just build miner farms, buy guns and start "civil war"
Back in the days it definitly was. Rps like BlackMesa RP or SCP RP was so much fun and everybody tried participate himself. Unfortunatly, nowadays it is almost impossible to find such a server :(
gmod rp will be good if somebody will try to make some new features or maybe even make server and all systems himself, cuz main problem of gmod is that you can choise any job u want and do all what u want, so most of people plays criminal jobs and almost nobody plays and rps as police
