Best way to get cheap or free skins ?

there are too many websites out there (gambling websites) that you allow you to get free credits at first and to gamble with it, that way allow you to gamble or get some cheap skins (be carfull theres too many scamming websites)
or try to exchange on this site : steambroker.com you will get alot of cheap skins of any games plus games as well trade and make a profit.

Thanks Im only trying my luck atm with flashy raffles but Ive seen a lot of gambling sites the thing is to actually make some small amount of profit u have to deposit money my only experience with gambling was farm skins and the odds of me winning was so low and I lost too much money put me off abit

i know that trick, you can find some websites that allow you to get your skins without doing that shitty option (deposite money to get your prize etc..) just watch some videos on youtube, there are some known youtubers who give you some good websites.

In terms of gambling, your best bet is roulette sites - can get a few skins just from the free credits. I'd also recommend checking out the Deal section on Bitskins as there's usually some decent discounts.
