Would you run a legal and traditional business using bitcoin as a way to pay? I mean, a business as a local store.

I think it's likely to face far too many restrictions in the future from state-level governments to be a viable payment method for brick and mortar businesses (re: associated taxation etc), not taking into account the volatility of the currency. Also, you'd surely not be able to pay for stock in bitcoin, and seems like instances where this would be possible would be very niche. Probably one for the too hard basket.
