I prefer BT tbh it's so fast.

I use Virgin Media and it's OP as hell. BT is shit because they overcharge for what the broadband really costs.

I've experienced something like this yesterday.
Started up a private match, got perkaholic, switched to desktop to reply on skype, zombies started to glitch and get invisible, dead.

LOL that sucks. It's worse when you get trapped by 3Panzer Soldats on Der Eisendrache with a Perkaholic (that happened to one of my clan members).
