#1 Does anyone else here use CPA / PPD to make money?

You stated in your first post that you need a "very good" method. Youtube + website isn't even a good method because of your video being able to get taken down so easily, and the competition is high. It's not the method you need, it's a niche. It doesn't seem like you've looked too in depth into CPA so it is sort of upsetting you seem to have given up so early on it.
