I use like normally works, but there are problems with updating

Cake is the trashiest anti "SHIT" ive ever seen. Literally wasted 14 usd for other to just bypass...

anticheat good advise by myself, it works without problems

I think it's alright, it can be easily bypassed but it's good for preventing skids from joining your server.

Cake is an OK anticheat if you're looking to stop script kiddies.
There are no anticheats for Gmod that will block everything other than ones that A. aren't leaked, or B. are private.
If they're leaked, then people will 100% find a way around, and break them, much like Cake.

CAC is better than no anti-cheat. There is a couple of invite only anti-cheats that detect almost EVERYTHING. They are invite only to prevent most cheat creators finding ways to work around them.
