Can anyone help me achieve these type of grunge/crt edits? 3 (sorry if i am spamming)

Hi sorry for the other post, I'm new to this site so I presumed closing the thread would've deleted it lol guess not.
I would just like to say that I stumbled upon this channel also noticing the fact that people here are asking questions as well so I decided that I'd ask for help here too.

But anyways, like I was saying before, is there anyone who could help me figure out how to edit like this.

I mainly want to know where does one go to find such good stock footages to use as clips like these, I have tried looking on youtube but i feel as if there is someone out there who could give me the sauce on how to find good visual clips. Also, would want to know if anyone knows any Editor with this similar style of editing and if one could help find me one who sells their project files i would surely come to appreciate it.This type of style is mostly seen in the new underground rap music videos like for example,destroy lonely.
