You don't need money to become happy, go to africa or country who don't have money and you see people are very very happy with no money !!

I would say money does not buy happiness however it highly supports happiness.

External happiness - definitely.

Internal happiness - Self realiziation and actualization cannot be bought - it is what brings in money.

Money can't buy happiness but for sure they eliminate plenty of things that can make us unhappy...
