That is just a shit pattern. You cannot conveya message with that and even if it was some message the message would have to be extremely short due to the lack of...possibility.

the guy that asked me to find the solution said this to me as a hint : Technical computer knowledge is highly beneficial.
Yet still coudln't get the answer
the prize is 2 steam games, I would give one of them to the person that decrpyt this message
