Don't worry, sleep is for the weak.

It may not work after drinking energy drinks, but I've found that if I listen to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qrvBUHq4Bl0 whilst I try to sleep, I have the best sleep I can get! :D

Are they worth drinking?

I considered buying them so often when in Rewe, but I never actually did it.

Instead I used to buy Action or Magic Man when cheap and otherwise Rockstar or Monster

Its alot, really alot better than monster and the other shit so yes, its worth it, if you want to stay awake :D
