Can we consider Manhwa relevant as a book would be?

Manhwa, a little bit more effort than the necessary to watch a movie, but less than to read a book.
Is Manhwa relevant to knowledge as a book? Or only fiction manhwa aren't that important? Like people use to say about fiction books

As a Japanese, I say
The only book without fiction is instructions for building IKEA furniture
Manga artists and creators can always be extensive readers.
So a good manga can be consommé soup in which the library is stewed.

This is the power of entertainment and the power of fiction. So Japanese comics can be as silly and wonderful as the Bible.

I say no, manhwa is addicting and usually its unreal without any good meaning behind it, just to get dopamine.
Unlike books, boring asf but it gives u info.
