Added:

Added some filters against URL shortening sites. Censored URLs will appear as [disallowed url shortening site].
Marking a Leak as "not working" issues a notification
New upgrade system.
Staff statistics into Statistics page

Fixed:

Fixed permissions in the support forum so banned members can only post in the appeal forum.
Fixed styling of the modal when deleting rep. (#388)
"Image Only Replies" will no longer be issued for Staff Members and in the random section.
Certain awards would show "This award has not been granted to any user yet" even if it was granted.
Next and Previous buttons weren't working when watching a forum with multiple pages.

The new upgrade system is a masterpiece. Looks amazing and walking through the system looks fantastic.
