Changing my ip address for my server

How do i do this, does anyone know? I seem to be having a real big issue on how to get it working and i have no clue and its really starting to annoy me

What server? lol

most providers don't give you the ability to change your IP, however, some providers offer you to buy additional IP address.
So what you could do is, buying you new additional IP and block all communication via firewall on your old IP
