use lichess.com for puzzles! They're free and help you analyze positions
Also, go through all possible checks (even if they're bad), then what pieces you can capture, and then any moves you can make that will attack another piece.

I would suggest playing on Chess.com and watching some tutorials on YouTube. You could also go to your local Chess club!
