Can a cop pull you Iver if your parked? I been parked all night my van illegal but I have a temporary plate that's actually legit altho I am "missusing" it

You van is not an extension of your person. If they can stop you while your walking down the street they can stop you and ask questions if you're in a van parked.

Yeah they can if your acting suspicious or doing some shady shit

It depends on where you park it if it's private or public property

It depends on the situation, if you have parked improperly I think that would be an excuse for them to pull you over so watch out.
