Could someone post the best way to make a thumbnail that doesn't take long. But like a unique version. Not some shitty tutorial on YouTube. I'm trying to find a style but cant find any... Could use some help...

But you need the thumbnail for what? Blog post? Youtube? Site products? For edit many images in same time, i use photoscape, lot editor. But if you want to make others plans, i need know what you need.

give us more details about what is this thumbnail , size x/y, do you have already logo etc. ?..

You can try using Gimp2 software it's a pretty good image software I use for my logo's, banners, and other designs.
