use low sensitivity

practice your spray
use tap shooting more it's so way more efficient than spraying in most scenarios

If you want to play casually i reccomend free FaceIT if you eventually want to play more seriously consider premium FaceIT or ESEA if you play mm you should expect alot of hackers regardless of your trust factor or skill level

When you move try to aim as much as possible at the point where you would expect an enemy to popup so that when he peaks you already have the gun pointed at him
