How does a website such as nulledbb stay up and running without being forced down? Since they have people linking paid for software wouldn't they get shutdown?
Program/software leaks are hidden. When I mean hidden you must pay 8 credits to unlock the leak. Since the leak is hidden company owners, creators etc, have no proof that they're product is being leaked since they can't unlock the content. Product creators can make an account and post to the 15 post limit and use the credits to unlock the leak. If the leak works, the product creator can request the leak to be taken down. Even if the leak is not taken down, the product creator can't so anything to the website, they have to go through the person who posted the leak, as the website didn't post the leak, the forum member did.
This explains it well too. Websites use offshore hosting. Offshore hosting are kind of host which is located in other country than that of you living within. Your identity is kept private by the host. As they are located in other country, the laws of our country do not affect the website;"Kind off". And these days, owners of the contents have no enough time or aren't jobless to come and join the website and check if they the website has leaked their contents. Even if they do so, it wouldn't matter the website a lot as it is owners wish whether to take the content down or keep it as offshore hosting are DMCA-ignoring which means they can deny requests from owners without being afraid of getting their 'website down'. Offshore hosting is mostly used for hosting something which is illegal to some extent :peace: Sorry if I made any mistake anywhere. You can read more about DMCA ignored host if you are planning to open any website and want to stay safe.
