Nice work demon Ill actually make a rise meter layout out of this wallpaper. The only thing I would recommend would be adding more shooting stars and darkening the sky more. This was a flat design correct? The way you added detail to the water was spot on. Cant wait to see more.

Overall good, however i'd suggest to either stick to night or day.
It's hard to paint sunsets and sunrises good, there is a lot to take in count when doing so.
If you do night and day, since its a custom nbb wallpaper, one can be day mode and the other night mode.

Text should also be balanced between the dark of the top and light of the bottom as its quite eye straining as its just white.
