Okay I figured it out.

First, access your Admin Panel and go to configuration and click "languages". Second, go to global lang.php and ctrl + f and type Warning level and you can edit the name to your liking!

but but, it'll change the lang only in one place that is postbit.

Really? I thought global languages are for all pages.....

actually the one you showed this guy was only for postbit. there are total of three - four lang which says about warning
