Alright, first things first get yourself a serial number. You can do this pretty easily by just looking on eBay, most people put it in a photo or in the description. If not just contact the seller. NOTE : Don't spam sellers all at once, I got banned from eBay for this.

Now, think of a story and write it down somewhere, look up some photos/videos of it to understand the different parts.

Go ahead and look for a video of the drone having issues turning on, then if possible, download it, and voice over it. (They might ask you to say the ticket # in the video)

Get a drop address, I've only succeeded in having 2 shipped to the same address.

Alright, now the fun part, contact their support team. Try live chat or a phone call. Try to sound angry, but not completely pissed.

Say something like it stopped working and was working earlier etc.

They're gonna give you some steps, then tell you to send a video of you trying it.

Then they will ask for a photo of a receipt, and the serial number.

After, they will ask you to ship it in. Now here's the part that most people struggle with.

Say, that you need it for a school project. Even if it barely works you still need it, and it's very important you get it soon.

Depending on the guy you talk to, congratulations! They'll ask you to pay a shipping fee!
