My daily calorie intake is about 1000-1500. I usually do some form of daily excersize like jogging, boxing, and weight lifting. If I get lazy and haven't excersized for the day I do 100 jumping jacks to make up for my laziness.

Two boiled eggs and ham in the morning or oatmeal and banana.

Lunch I have tunafish salad or more eggs along with some kind of fruit. Protein shake.

Dinner either it chicken and rice or something basic like a sandwich.

Sometimes I want a burger or something unhealthy so I eat that. But if I make it over my calorie threshold of 1500 I have to do extra excersize.

Basically for a normal male, to maintain weight you need to eat 2,000-3000 calories. To loose weight you need to eat less than 2,000.

Breakfast is normally a miss for me, lunch is generally noodles (lol), dinner is normally vegetables, meat of some sort and mashed potato.

heres why i like eggs
  • Eggscontain all the essential protein, minerals and vitamins, andeggyolks are one of the few foods that naturally contain Vitamin D.

  • Eggsare good for your eyes because they contain lutein, which helps prevent age-related cataracts and muscle degeneration.

You definitely don't need to eat less than 2k cals to lose weight! Obviously it's largely dependent on one's metabolism and physical activity, but you have control over that as well
