Thanks! Did it but sadly it affected my latest post on Sidebar it's duplicated? Any idea how to fix this?

Look through the index template and make sure there is only 1 copy of {$postgoal_show}, because when the plugin is activated it automatically makes the template modifcation so you might still have a copy of it.
