DarkRP server suggestions

Hello, I am a retired DarkRP server owner. Today I decided to start up another server after 2 years of being away from gmod. Can anyone point me in the right direction for a modern DarkRP that will draw players in? (Add-ons, settings, VIP system, etc.)
