Denied Add a "Support" role

Many of the staff are usually offline which makes leechers, reports, etc go unanswered. It's completely understandable as they are doing their best to make this forum a good place and have a life outside of it. However a new role which can be below staff and above sectional mod can give a active user such as me permissions to warn posts(taking care of reports). The role could also answer some of the questions that many people have for staff or in support which many members ask.

My idea may not be perfect, however improvements or suggestions can be implemented onto it.
