I can't post in the marketplace until I have 100 posts but on the upgrade page, it says prime has access to premium market and forums.
I think anyone that is Prime should be able to make Marketplace threads so that is my suggestion.

If you're willing to invest into a community, then you might as well become at least somewhat a part of it. The upgrade gets you access to dealing in the Premium Marketplace once you've reached the 100 posts, it is not meant to be a bypass for this requirement.
