Denied Allow Prime + to post in market

I can't post in the marketplace until I have 100 posts but on the upgrade page, it says prime has access to premium market and forums.

I think anyone that is Prime should be able to make Marketplace threads so that is my suggestion.

We have this requirement to make sure those who are dealing in the Marketplace sections are established members of the community. 100 posts really isn't that big of a deal. If you're willing to invest into a community, then you might as well become at least somewhat a part of it. The upgrade gets you access to dealing in the Premium Marketplace once you've reached the 100 posts, it is not meant to be a bypass for this requirement.
