Hello again,

Many forums are sending weekly emails about most popular topics! By doing you keep active and inactive members up to date with some new changes, features, leaks and some amazing posts. Besides, users who haven`t visited forums weeks agomay return Smile

This is a suggestion only!

Thanks

I'm new to this site and all, but this suggestion is a pretty good one. I've never seen this done, and it would be cool to see it done.

Most forums do this actually. Weekly emails are one of their alert to users!

Some forums I'm on probably do it, but I always disable emails from administrators so I don't realize it.

Personally against the idea of a mail coming to my email from nulled or any forum/platform in general. There is nothing interesting about getting a loud notifcation only to realize its buzzfeed uploading another fucking article or someshit.

There is no need for us to send emails out to members to tell them about forum news. We literally post the news every 2 weeks here on the forums covering the recent things.
Please read the award requirements here before applying for them.

Yeah I don't know who changed it to every 2nd week but at the moment we don't have that much news to report sadly.
Once activity begins to pick up we'll be moving back to weekly news on a Sunday Smile

I only send out emails when there's something really big to announce (like the V3 release) or a new contest, while I've only done that like once or twice for a contest.
I'm really annoyed by newsletters myself, sometimes I enjoy receiving a newsletter but most companies totally exaggerate with them which leads to me unsubscring them again.

All I can say is that there will be a newsletter in the future only containing information that you want to receive. I don't have an ETA on this though.

GDPR at work right there. Users need to agree to receive marketing letters etc now. Throw an option in the UCP to receive them and a notice at the top the member can dismiss if they have it disabled.
