I see many gurus out there tell that college is not worth it. Do you feel the same?

I've learned more in college that in all years in school, so I think it's worth it. Also choose a college that you like, so you have to learn things that really interest you.

I loved college, I learned a crazy amount of information, useful and not useful, and I graduated with a major I had no use for but has been a tremendous difference in my ability to get jobs. With that said, I learned nothing that I couldn't learn myself and not everyone needs college for their career. I'd definitely do it again, but don't believe this crap that you can just "explore", pick a useful major that you mildly enjoy and get it done, if you decide to go a different field after college there is nothing holding you back once you have that stupid piece of paper even if its unrelated to what you ultimately do. If you're lucky though and absolutely know what you want to do, and is something you can reasonably do your whole life, and doesn't require college, don't do it.

Yes. Still, it depends on what degree you get and career you wish to have. There is the usual Engineering, Computer, Medicine, and Science degrees (Note: Medicine and Science normally require a graduate level degree to work in the field. This is not to say that undegrad science degrees are not employable. You may not be working in the field of Science that your degree is in. Think BS in Physics. They seem to get a path opened in IT, and S/W development.)

Well it depends. Was it worth it for the stuff they were teaching? Hell no. Was it worth it for finding a couple of like-minded people and doing amazing stuff with them, yes. But summing it up, if I could go back, I'd skip it, and work the stuff I love in a hackerspace or something similar. It's the community that matters.
