Did you realize that Doomfists head hit box is completely buggy?

Hey ^^
I am a Hanzo main and I am not a hardcore pro gamer but I try to get one. I am not a noob btw and my aim is also very clear.
Overwatch have manyproblems but my only problem is f****** Doomfists hitbox for his head. Its just me or is his head really really hard to hit?
I also searched in the bug forum of Blizzard but nobodyreported this problem there. I just hate it becouse every time if I try to one shot him I only hit his "body" BUT I can clearly see that my crosshair is/ was on his head and my arrow flew into his head lol.

I just dont get it and its sobrutally annoying.

may be hard to hit because his arm tends to go in front of his head while he's shooting
not exactly buggy, you just have to learn where/when to hit him
