I personally day trade, i watch the markets, hold for a few hours watch the markets and watch the indicators and resistant points, i scalp pips all day

i hold from about 6 months about 6 cryptocurrency mostly theta coin

I have tradingcrypto before, during and after the hype. I have won & lost a lot of money, but right now I just prefer sitting around with a beer and just chill. These volatilemarkets make me really nervous, so I would say if I invest in crypto again I would just hodl, as this is a long-term investment for me.

its better to trade if you have lot of time that you can afford , but if you are busy with other stuffs u can just hodl by buying in dips

Most people you talk to about cryptocurrencies today believe theres no more opportunity left; according to them, the ship already left the harbor, without them.
