There's no reason to HODL, cryptos have plummeted and won't appreciate without a good reason.

I personally day trade, i watch the markets, hold for a few hours watch the markets and watch the indicators and resistant points, i scalp pips all day

for me i just hodl at this times because i can't trade now i don't have atime

I would say definitely hodl for now.
