If I wakeup before 8? Yeah I will eat.
If I wakeup after, I usually wait until lunch since its not that far away

Not often. Since the start of this quarantine lockdown though, I've actually had the time to prepare a proper breakfast for myself now. It's one benefit, I suppose.
