Do you know some ways to get rid of Icloud in Iphone 4s?

My dad bought an used Iphone 4s, but it is Icloud locked. Do you know any ways to get rid of it? Does jailbreaking works?

Im not use if you can use my icloud bypass, you can try it but it become ipod, after bypass there is no data
