Do you pre purchase on steam

Thanks for the info, Looks like only Paypal and Credit cards will be refunded other payment types refunds are not possible but it seems they will credit the amount to wallet. To be on safer side its better to always purchase by wallet in-case refund is possible.

No I need to see stuff before I buy it.

I personally wait until the game is out to buy it so I can read the reviews.
(Not sure how the steam refund thing works)

Wait for the reviews as some games are a disappointing when they are released
