Everyone does. I do sometimes, but mostly I just do it in my thoughts.

Yeah. Mainly when I have stuff to do, I ''write'' everything in my mind or just have debates with myself about certain stuff

I do. I'm not sure if it's considered weird to do it when you're alone but with others it gets awkward.

I talk to myself out loud, quietly of course, and it's a bit of a habbit of mine that I hate myself for but I enjoy doing it. It's completely normal too, in my opinion, but that awkward moment when somebody hears you...

It's definitely something comforting to do when you're alone and in an unfamiliar environment.
For me it's not strange to do, however, I only really do it when things are getting tough or I'm starting to miss something or someone.
It's not normal to do all the time everywhere, however.

I work from home and constantly put headphones on to just help drown out the background noise i've been recorded many times now talking to myself calling my self a god dam idoit and the such lol it's just how we work through problems.
