Do you talk to your self?

Whenever I'm in deep concentration or in "the zone", I usually speak a few words to myself to keep my mind on track.

Sometimes... Sometimes i start thinking about life n stuff...

I talk to myself all the time! His name is Jimmy, and he is black.

If I'm really emotionally stressed and need to figure things out. Talking to myself can help, but that's in really extreme situations.
If you're doing it all the time then something's up lel

probably way more than i should be, might be crazy.

no im not, but in my mind is alot of question and some argument for my self

I talk to myself whenever I'm working, I think it helps concentrate.
