I try to work out 6 days and 5 days if I feel my body hurting too much. Think of gyms like bars. If you like drinking you will want to drink at home and at the bar. Same with fitness. If you get to the point where you like it you will go gym to lift weights.

Last time I did sports before Corona. But I still held up well.

I visit the gym every day. While it was quarantine I organized a small gym at home to have daily workouts.I also want to diversify my training with martial arts. Looking for knee pads now athttps://bjjbear.com/knee-pads/to choose the right now. I had a knee trauma and do not want to harm it more.

Everyday. I walk around the park a lot.

I just recently returned to the gym, with mask of course, but I'm slowly getting back to my routine. I feel like it the only place I can completely focus and clear my head at.

every 1-2 days i try to run 6-7km or swim for 1-1.5h. significantly improves mood and well-being
