I got my first dose of vaccine and now whenever I go outside and do anything, everyone notices. They don't stare or anything, but I notice that they notice. I don't think that they noticed that I noticed that they all noticed.

Am I being tracked or am I just paranoid?

You're seriously being paranoid. That's the classic sort of thing that once you start looking for it, you're going to start seeing it just because you're looking for it: you think "Is everyone looking at me differently?", then you start noticing every time someone glances at you.
Also even if it was a microchip why would that make people look at you?

Yeah, you're just being paranoid. If you were being tracked do you think that these people would be the ones tracking you? And I'm not saying this for you to go on "Oh, so there are people tracking me, but they are not these". I'm just telling you the source of that feeling is already on a bad track.

look man i dont trust the government or big companies etc at all but we aint being microchipped

sooner we all get vaccinated the sooner we can go back to some sense of normalcy
