#1 I have owned many Minecraft servers and I would make more but I don't think that there will be any point as only the established servers are actually getting any players because they are advanced and have a large budget for new advancements , but is there still any way that new servers could actually become successful if so how?

While small servers aren't being flooded like they were back when the game was in its peak, small servers still have player bases of their own. Players are always looking for that new unique experience.
