Does anyone think the new runes seem fair?

Only to a certain extent and they may be but I always get destroyed by someone who knows how to utilise them properly

I do not know because I started playing for three months so I do not understand much.

No isn't fair, because you cant build your own runes, example you want to focus on attack speed. if choose the old one runes and the new one runes, ill choose the old one.

New runes is really great. New League of Legends!!!!

New runes are a fun thing but its gonna be hard to get used to for the new players tbh!

The new rune system is nice, I don't feel like theres anything too outstanding atm
