Does cannabis help your medical condition?

Like the title says, do you find that Cannabis helps you with your medical condition?

I wouldn't call it a medical condition, but earlier this week, i kinked my back and was having really bad and sharp lower back pain. I took 4-5 hits from a pure indica dab pen and I kid you not I could not feel any pain. I was amazed because even though i've heard what weed can do for pain, i never experienced it

Yea man it always has and basically like always will

Cannabis works and both pain reliever and antidepressant for me.. I'm one of those people that believe in the medical benefits of cannabis.. Through and through...
