Probably no. Depending on what currency. It would take alot of power but if you want to mine I suggest you use some cloud mining like hashflare or something. Hashflare is really good one.

get some amd vegas and 2 threadrippers and 128gb 1337 ddr4 ram could be usefull

I mean you can mine, but you really would be capping your GPU. So I'd suggest just buying a dedicated miner and setting it up.

mining btc is hard now.. too many competitor and hardware cost too high
