Not in the way that it used to be. It's a matter of just someone doing something or saying something racist, rather than the system blatantly allowing it. It's nowhere near as common as it once was.
But there are a lot of good people out there compared to the bad ones, so.

Sorta like what Yaboy said it has gotten better over the years and isnt as bad however it can get worse. Currently I think racism is at a low however never a 0.

Systematically it absolutely still exists and part of the problem is that its not being recognized. Why do you think there's more crime in communities that are primarily black? Because there's a lack of funding and opportunities. Why? Look at the history of laws enacted to disenfranchise and prevent upward mobility of black people. There have been no real strides to bring funding into these areas for education, homelessness, or job opportunities, but rather bias training of the police force which has been ineffective. This is just one example of systemic racism, which is still incredibly prevalent. Just because socially it's not acceptable or PC to outwardly discriminate against others doesn't mean we've done the work to dismantle the systems of oppression this country was founded on

For as long as we ask these types of questions, yes racism will continue to exist. so stop talking about it.

I wanted to believe that racism no longer exists in the civilized world. Especially in the USA, because our country is considered the most democratic and tolerant in the whole world. But recently, I read on a news portal calgaryherald.com. I was amazed at that news. Now when the whole world supports black lives matter, when all US politicians say that it does not matter the skin color or gender of a person, this stupid woman says such things. I can't even imagine who could appoint her to such a high position.
