Doubt with Custom Block - HTML

#1 I want to put in my Store, an HTML Block, only in a certain product category. But when I put the Custom Block it stays in the whole store no matter what category it is.
Would it be possible to put this custom block only in one category? Would there be some plugin, application for this?
