Drop Downs don't retract with the same animation.

I am sure it's intentional, but it kind if throws off the feel of things, at least to me.

When I pressed the "tools" in threads I was like, that felt right, then closed it and wen't "why?" and then wrote this thread.

Sorry that this thread is low quality, but I'm still recovering from that anxiety attack. :disgusting:
